(“Marksmen” or the “Company”) (TSXV: MAH) (OTCQB: MKSEF) announces that, further to its news releases dated August 30 and September 29, 2021, it has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 12,500,000 units (the “Units”) of Marksmen at a price of $0.06 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to a maximum of $750,000 to a non-brokered private placement of up to 20,833,333 Units for gross proceeds of up to a maximum of $1,250,000 (the “Offering”). Marksmen may pay commissions to qualified non-related parties of up to 8% of the gross proceeds of the Offering in cash or common shares of the Corporation. All other terms of the Offering remain the same.
