TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2023 /CNW/ - Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MHC.U) (TSX: MHC.UN) announced today a cash distribution of US$0.0468 per REIT unit for the month of September 2023, representing US$0.562 per REIT unit on an annual basis. Payment will be made on or about October 16, 2023 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on September 29, 2023.
