Has closed the private placement and issued 20,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of $2,000,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant (two Half Warrants together) will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.18 for a period of one year from the Closing Date. Rugby Resources Ltd. shares V.RUG are trading up $0.01 at $0.11.
