LAS VEGAS, March 7, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Southwest Gas Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SWX) (the "Company") today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $215,000,000 in shares of its common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $32,250,000 of shares of its common stock.
