Wine Reviews Jean-Max Roger Sancerre Rosé Cuvée La Grange Dîmière 2017, France

A rosé from pinot noir grow in the Loire Valley district far better known for whites based on sauvignon blanc. Pale salmon pink in colour, this is light, thoroughly dry and brilliantly balanced. Delicate strawberry with hints of watermelon and lemon. Perfectly tuned, this is more like a graceful harpsichord than a pianoforte, to use a musical metaphor. Superb. Available in Ontario.
