U.S. businessman John Goelet revitalized this winery in 1998 with Bernard Porter, the founding winemaker of Clos du Val in Napa Valley. Enticingly salmon-pink in colour, this Languedoc blend of syrah, grenache and mourvèdre tastes like strawberries dusted with herbs, carried on a silky frame and lifted by crisp acidity and a whisper of minerality.
