This comes from a vineyard established by the family behind Henri Bourgeois, an estate in Sancerre, the spiritual homeland of great sauvignon blanc. It's light-medium-bodied yet seductively creamy for a sauvignon, with succulent grapefruit and mango flavours and restrained grassiness. Superb. Available in Ontario.
