The brewery's located in Toronto but the organic ingredients – barley, hops and yeast – are sourced from west of the 100th meridian, the line of longitude that runs from north to south, bisecting North America through Nunavut and Manitoba. Medium-golden-amber, light-medium-bodied and creamy, it's a lager that should please the die-hard ale drinker. An ample malty roundness finds balance in bright, zesty grapefruit tang thanks to a judicious contribution from bravo and cascade hops. $3.01/473-ml can, $15.99 in N.B., $14.99 in N.S., $15.74 in Newfoundland.
