The label displays a menacing man with a luxurious beard, sort of like a biker crossed with Santa Claus. The flavour is luxurious, too, the product of a recipe that includes Belgian dark chocolate, cocoa and local cranberries. Rich, creamy and moderately sweet, this dark beer from Muskoka Brewery displays a welcome backbone of bitterness on the finish. Though it's strong, at 8-per-cent alcohol, it doesn't bite. Biker beer it's not.
