An impressive dry red from the Douro region famous for port, it's medium-full-bodied and very ripe yet bone-dry, with berries and flowers up front, underpinned by dark chocolate and herbs. Fine tannins and acidity provide nice structure. Pair it with lamb, stews or chili. ($20.65 in B.C.)
