Six 10K training programs, from walking to advanced running

Personal trainer Jenny Hadfield, a regular contributor to Women's Running Magazine and RunnersWorld.com and the official trainer for the Sporting Life 10K, has developed six 10-week training programs for various fitness levels, listed below. To be on track for the Sporting Life 10K in Toronto on May 2, you should start with the first week's Thursday workout. Check back each week for the next instalment.
