Jade Mountain in St. Lucia. It's a resort designed right into a mountain and it's one of my favourite places in the world. First of all, their rooms are called "sanctuaries." It's a very open concept and there is no fourth wall, so you're looking at the beauty of St. Lucia right from your bed every morning. Even when you're reading or taking a shower, there's always amazing nature in front of you. The people are lovely and the food is great. Usually I want to travel to places where I've never been before, but I want to keep going back to Jade Mountain, just because it's so peaceful.
