Jasper restaurant at Palace Luzern in Switzerland.

Usually on a tight budget, young travellers don't often dine in Michelin-starred restaurants or hang out in such five-star hotels as Switzerland's Palace Luzern on Lake Lucerne.

Every Wednesday, at the hotel's Jasper restaurant, visitors under the age of 30 can order a three-course menu including aperitif, coffee and mineral water for 59 Swiss francs ($68).

Jasper has 16 points in French restaurant dining guide, Gault-Millau (ranked on a scale from 1 to 20) and one Michelin star with new Chef de Cuisine Kersten Rishmeyer.
