Police are expected to soon announce a massive drug-lab bust in the Kootenay Boundary region of British Columbia.
The ongoing investigation involves federal, provincial and municipal authorities, The Globe and Mail has learned.
Police on Friday would not comment on reports by sources who called the drug lab bust one of the biggest in the province's history, but confirmed a "significant seizure" was made earlier this week.
Kelowna RCMP are expected to call a news conference for Tuesday at 1 p.m., where authorities will display some of the items seized.
