The Nova Scotia Supreme Court has two new justices. Federal Justice Minister Anne MacLellan has named Halifax lawyer John D. Murphy and Bridgewater, N.S., lawyer C. Richard Coughlan to the bench.
The positions were opened by the move of Mr. Justice Jamie Saunders and Madam Justice Linda Lee Oland to the Court of Appeal. CP
