Pierre Duhamel, columnist, speaker and consultantPierre Charbonneau

Columnist, speaker and consultant Pierre Duhamel began his career in 1979 as a broadcast journalist with Canadian Press in Montreal. After seven years as editor-in-chief of Affaires PLUS, Mr. Duhamel was general manager and group publisher of business publications for Transcontinental Media from 1997 to 2005.



Mr. Duhamel's clients include Astral Media, BMO, Corus, Deloitte, La Presse, L'Oréal, l'Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec, Radio-Canada, Rogers Media and Telus. Since leaving Transcontinental, he has served as a line producer on the TVA public affairs program L'Échangeur, a commentator for TVA and cable news channels Argent and LCN, and editor of city magazine Montréal Centre-Ville.



Mr. Duhamel has also been a columnist for L'Actualité; Premières en affaires, a business magazine for women; and L'Itinéraire, a magazine sold by homeless people. He is currently working with many partners to launch a project on entrepreneurship and Innovation.
