Matthew Muirhead met the unruliest perpetrator of his career in the middle of Route 18 in the rural PEI town of Murray Harbour: George, a yearling gray seal, who may be confused about his whereabouts due to the lack of sea ice. Scientists cautiously optimistic as North Atlantic right whale population shows signs of stabilization
