Keeping it simple, I used my favourite maple-flavoured yogurt (buffalo milk) and added chocolate pudding – but a healthy option made from avocado. It's so smooth, creamy and rich that I bet you'd be hard-pressed to guess the secret ingredient without prior knowledge. Sweetened with maple syrup (or honey), it won't need a lot of sugar to feel like a treat. And of course, you can also serve the pudding on its own for a dessert – as a bonus it's 100-per-cent vegan friendly.
