WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AFC Gamma, Inc. (“AFC Gamma”) (Nasdaq:AFCG) announced today that it priced an offering (the “Offering”) of $100 million aggregate principal amount of 5.750% Senior Notes due 2027 (the “Notes”) to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The Notes mature on May 1, 2027. Interest on the Notes is payable semi-annually in arrears on May 1 and November 1 of each year, with the first payment on May 1, 2022. The offering is expected to close on November 3, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
