Announces completion of a non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of CDN $2,000,000 comprised of 1,250,000 units at a price of CDN $1.60 per Unit. Each Unit issued consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole Warrant is exercisable into one Common Share at a price of CDN $2.25 per Warrant for a period of two years from the date of issuance. The Company intends to use the aggregate net proceeds of the Offering in connection with its ongoing acquisition of Farm Flight, Inc. as well as for general working capital purposes. Scope Carbon Corp shares C.SCPE are trading unchanged at $1.75.
