China Yuchai International to Pay US$0.28 Per Share Cash Dividend for FY2022

SINGAPORE, July 18, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- China Yuchai International Limited (NYSE: CYD) ("China Yuchai") announced today that a cash dividend of US$0.28 per ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2022 has been declared by its Board of Directors. The cash dividend will be paid on August 7, 2023 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2023.
