MRC Global Inc. is one of the leading distributors of pipes, valves and fittings, and related products and services. Its products are used in the oil & gas industries and general industries. Additionally, the company provides services like product testing, manufacturer assessment, volume purchasing, technical support, truck stocking, order consolidation, product tagging and system interfaces, meeting customer and supplier requirements. The company operates in three segments: U.S., Canada and International. All the three segments include the businesses conducted by MRC Global in the upstream, midstream and downstream markets. The U.S. segment consists of the operations of U.S. West, and U.S. East & Gulf Coast. The Canada segment comprises the Canadian operations of the company. The International segment accounts for the operations outside Canada and the United States.
