DENVER, July 21, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Bank Holdings Corporation (NYSE: NBHC, “NBH” or the “Company”) today announced it has now received all regulatory approvals from the Federal Reserve Board, the Utah Department of Financial Institutions, and the Colorado Division of Banking for the previously announced acquisition of Community Bancorporation, the holding company for Rock Canyon Bank. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in September 2022.
