(TSXV: NGEX) ("NGEx" or the "Company") announces that it has filed on SEDAR+ a technical report (the "Technical Report") in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") in respect of the updated Mineral Resource Estimate for the Los Helados Project located in the Vicuña District in Region III, Chile (see December 5, 2023, news release).
