Northview Residential REIT is an internally managed, traditional open-ended real estate investment trust. It acquires, owns, and operates, indirectly, a geographically diversified portfolio comprised of income-producing multi-residential suites, and commercial real estate, located predominantly in secondary markets in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
