Sunrise Real Estate Development Group, Inc. was incorporated in Texas on October 10, 1996, under the name of Parallax Entertainment, Inc. On December 12, 2003, Parallax changed its name to Sunrise Real Estate Development Group, Inc. On April 25, 2006, Sunrise Estate Development Group, Inc. filed Articles of Amendment with the Texas Secretary of State, changing the name of Sunrise Real Estate Development Group, Inc. to Sunrise Real Estate Group, Inc., effective from May 23, 2006. The Company provides property brokerage services, including property marketing, leasing and management services; and real estate development in the PRC. The Company's business is agency sales, whereby its Chinese subsidiaries contract with property developers to market and sell their newly developed property units. For these services it earned a commission fee calculated as a percentage of the sales prices. To expand its agency business, it has established subsidiaries and branches in Shanghai, Suzhou, Yangzhou, Chongqing, Quanjiao, Hainan, Shangqiu, Chengdu, Wuhan, Kunshan, and Linyi.
