(NYSE: TEL) today announced that its 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) will be held March 15 at 2 p.m. CET at the Park Hyatt Zürich, Beethoven-Strasse 21, 8002 Zürich, Switzerland. Shareholders who are registered with voting rights in the share register of TE as of the close of business (EST) on Feb. 23 (the record date) will be entitled to vote on the matters presented at the AGM.
