Tools:
- powder puff
- translucent powder
- fan brush
Application:
Dip the edges of the powder puff into the translucent powder.
Gently apply a layer of powder along the top of the cheek bones on both sides of the face. Do not press hard or push into the skin; it should just lay on top of the skin/makeup, not blend in.
After eye makeup application, use the fan brush to lightly dust the powder off the face.
