Customers purchasing a Cannondale bike worth $2000 or more are eligible for two years of free in-store service. This offer includes tune-ups, parts installation, and the Rocksolid Guarantee. 

It applies only to bicycles with ordinary prices, and there may be a need for extra bike parts. Component and additional installation costs are not covered.

Finance with Klarna

MEC allows its customers to buy now and pay later with Klarna. With this option, customers can spread the cost of their purchases over time through equal payments.

The MEC Return Policy

You can return products without a receipt when you shop as a member. Purchases made without a membership must be returned with the original receipt or order confirmation email within 30 days of the purchase date.
