(the "Bank") and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, today announced net income for the year ended December 31, 2021 of $91.8 million, or $3.11 diluted earnings per share, compared to net income of $46.9 million, or $1.60 diluted earnings per share, for the year ended December 31, 2020. Net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2021 was $17.4 million, or $0.59 diluted earnings per share, compared to net income of $25.9 million, or $0.88 diluted earnings per share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.
