On October 20, 2026, XCF Global Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary New Rise Renewables Paramount, LLC entered into an agreement to acquire Air Products Manufacturing’s interests in a renewable fuel production facility in Paramount, California. The transaction, valued at $10 million in cash at closing plus up to $50 million in additional structured payments over 36 months, includes the assumption of certain operational and environmental liabilities and is expected to close before the end of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
The Paramount site, the first U.S. refinery conversion from fossil to renewable fuels, adds roughly 50 million annual gallons of sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel and renewable naphtha capacity, located near Los Angeles International Airport and supported by extensive logistics and pipeline infrastructure.
